The Cardinals are down another reliever after X-rays on Ryan Sherriff's big toe revealed a hairline fracture, landing the lefty on the 10-day disabled list Sunday.
The Cardinals reshuffled their bullpen after making the signing of Greg Holland official on Saturday, placing reliever Brett Cecil on the 10-day disabled list with a left shoulder strain. Left-hander Ryan Sherriff was recalled from Triple-A Memphis and righty Alex Reyes was transferred to the 60-day disabled list in corresponding moves.
