Busch Stadium Events to host back-to-back evenings with Bob Gibson


ST. LOUIS, MO (June 17, 2014) - Busch Stadium Events will be hosting back-to-back "Once in a Lifetime" events with St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame pitcher Bob Gibson on Wednesday, July 16th and Thursday, July 17th at Busch Stadium.

Wednesday night's event includes a cocktail party and photo opportunity with the 1967 World Championship trophy in the Redbird Club, dinner and drinks in the Redbird Club, a 90 minute question and answer session with Cardinals broadcaster Dan McLaughlin and each guest will receive a Bob Gibson autographed baseball.

Thursday's event will be similar, but with the cocktail party and photo opportunity with the 1967 World Championship trophy to be held on the Busch Stadium warning track.

"We are really excited to offer an exclusive, close up experience with one of the greatest pitchers in the history of baseball," said Julia Row, Director of Special Events at Busch Stadium. "Spending an evening with Bob Gibson at 'Baseball Heaven' is a one of kind opportunity that fans won't want to miss."
